BENA Partners is an architecture, interiors and execution practice based in Horsh Tabet, Beirut. We take a project from its first idea to its final handover, keeping design intent intact at every stage. The name says it plainly — Bena: to build.

Anthony co-founded BENA Partners to practise architecture close to the ground — where drawing meets material and detail. He leads the studio's design direction, working from the first concept sketch through to the resolution of a built joint, with a lasting interest in how light, structure and stone settle into something quiet and durable. He holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from the Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA) in Sin el Fil, Lebanon.

Nicolas Fathallah

Nicolas co-founded BENA Partners with a conviction that a design is only as good as its delivery. He steers the studio's supervision and execution, holding the work to its intent through every trade and every site visit — so that what leaves the drawing board is exactly what stands at handover. He holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from the Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA) in Sin el Fil, Lebanon.

We believe a building is only as good as it is understood. Before we draw, we listen — to the site, the light, and the way a client lives and works.

Our work is deliberately restrained: monochrome palettes, honest materials, generous light. The result should feel calm, considered, and built to last.

Because we design, supervise and execute in-house, nothing is lost between the drawing and the site. That continuity is the difference you feel in the finished space.
