BENA Partners is an architecture, interiors and execution practice in Beirut, founded by two architects who would rather stay with a project than hand it on. The name says it plainly — Bena: to build.

Anthony Aoun

Founding Partner · Architect

Anthony co-founded BENA Partners to practise architecture close to the ground — where drawing meets material. He leads the studio's design direction, from the first concept sketch to the resolution of a built joint, with a long-held interest in how light and material make a space feel calm and lasting. He holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from the Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA) in Sin el Fil, and is a registered architect with the Order of Engineers and Architects in Lebanon.

Nicolas Fathallah

Founding Partner · Architect

Nicolas co-founded BENA Partners on a simple conviction: a design is only as good as its delivery. He steers the studio's supervision and execution, holding every trade and every site visit to the drawing — so what stands at handover is what was promised. Like Anthony, he holds an M.Arch from ALBA (Sin el Fil) and is a registered architect with the Order of Engineers and Architects in Lebanon.

Our approach

Quiet architecture, resolved to the last detail.

We believe a building is only as good as it is understood. Before we draw, we listen — to the site, the light, and the way a client lives and works.

Our work is deliberately restrained: monochrome palettes, honest materials, generous light. The result should feel calm, considered, and built to last.

And we see it through. The people who draw a project are the people on its site, so the care behind a detail on paper is the same care it gets in stone and concrete.
